Sealed quotations containing technical and financial bids are invited as per following terms and conditions for LAN connectivity among 6 PCs installed at various floors of Positional Astronomy Centre. There are 4 floors in the building and physical connections among the PCs are to be made in three different floors of the building with proper casing. The following components of equipment are required to be used for the LAN connectivity.
1. Connecting equipment ( cables with proper casing)
2. Network equipment (Routers, I/O Box etc.)
3. Switch
Terms and conditions :
1. Eligibility & Experiences : Quotation should contain your eligibility & past
work experience with documentary proof.
2. Technical and financial Quotation should contain financial and technical
Proposal : proposal separately.
3. Selection : Selection will made by competent authority of
this office on the basis of technical and
financial bids. Decision of the competent
authority will be final in this regard.
4. Contract terms : Job should be completed within 7 days after
getting the work order from this office.
5. Mode of payment : Payment will be made after the satisfactory
completion of the job
6. Mid term review : A mid-term review will be made by this office
at the time of execution of job The competent
authority will have the right to cancel the work
order without assigning any reason .
Your quotation covering all the details mentioned above should reach this office addressed to ‘The Director, Positional Astronomy Centre, Kolkata’ superscripted with “Quotation for LAN connectivity” on or before 12.3.2010. It is also requested to send one of your representatives to visit the building before submission of quotation.
