SUB : Invitation of quotation for making nameplates for rooms of the office of Director, Positional Astronomy Centre, Salt Lake , Kolkata – 700 091.

           

          Sealed quotations for making of nameplates for different rooms of new building of Positional Astronomy Centre, Kolkata at Salt Lake and the rates for the same item are invited from the manufacturing agencies/firms as per specifications given below. The quotation should reach this office on or before 1st March .2010 up to 3 P.M. and the same will be opened on the same day at 3-30 P.M.

 

Name of Work :  Manufacturing nameplates, engraving names on plates and fitting/fixing of the same to designated rooms of the office building at Salt Lake as per material specifications below ---

                        The quotation rate should include engraving of names in white, framing and fitting / fixing etc.

 

Terms & Conditions : 

 

1.      Quotation shall be sent in a sealed envelope superscribed “ Quotation for name plates” and addressed to : Director, Positional Astronomy Centre, Salt Lake, Sector-V, Mahish Bathan, Kolkata – 700 091.

 

2.      The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, freight charges and charges for fitting on the wall.

 

3.      The payment for the work to be executed will be made only after receipt of materials in good condition as per specifications and fixing of the same in walls of the respective rooms.

 

4.      Competent authority reserves the right to cancel the quotation without assigning any reasons.

 

5.      The materials shall have to be delivered and installed by the Firm/ Agency within 5 days from the date of placing of work order positively, failing which the order may be cancelled.
