Sealed quotations are invited for Annual Maintenance Contract of water cooler of this office as per “terms and conditions” given below:
TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. The AMC should commence from the date of signing the agreement of AMC. The company is to ensure repairing with original spare parts of the manufacturer and is to accept payment at the end of half yearly on pro-rata basis.
1. If the applicant is authorized by the manufacturer then relevant certificate for the same should also be submitted along with the quotations. If not, a statement to the effect may be mentioned in the body of the quotation.
2. The quotation with all necessary documents should be sent in a sealed envelope superscribed as “Quotation for AMC of Blue Star water-cooler” to “The Director, Positional Astronomy Centre, P-546, Block-N, New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053” so as to reach the office latest by 21st March 2008.
3. The authority reserves the right to reject any quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
4. In case of any dispute the decision of the authority will be final and binding to all in general.
