The Moon passes about 1º south of Mars on 8th, about 3º south of Saturn on 9th, about 2½º south of Jupiter on 20th, about 1º north of Neptune on 23rd and about 4º north of Uranus before local midnight of 25th.

The Visibility of Planets
:Mercury
: The planet remains to close to the Sun to be visible upto the third quarter of the month, being in Inferior Conjunction with the Sun on 7th. Thereafter it reappears in the eastern sky and rises about 1 hour before sunrise and remains visible till the beginning of morning twilight. The planet is in Aphelion or farthest from the Sun on 7th. The motion of the planet becomes Direct with respect to the Earth on 19th.Venus
: The planet is too close to the Sun to be visible throughout the month, being in Superior Conjunction with the Sun on 9th.Mars
: The planet can be seen in the evening after sunset throughout the month and sets before local midnight. It sets about 1½ hours to 2½ hours before local midnight throughout the month.Jupiter
: The planet rises in the evening about 3 hours to 2 hours after sunset upto second quarter of the month, 2 hours to 1½ hours after it upto third quarter of the month. Thereafter the planet rises about 1½ hours to ½ hour after sunset for the remaining days of the month, being in Opposition in the beginning of the next month.Saturn
: The planet is visible after sunset and sets very shortly before local midnight during the first quarter of the month. Thereafter planet's setting time changes from 1 hour to 2 hours before local midnight for the remaining days of the month.Uranus
: The planet can be seen in the eastern sky around local midnight time and remains visible till the beginning of the morning twilight throughout the month. It rises at about ½ hour after local midnight to around local midnight time during first half of the month. Thereafter it rises around local midnight time to 1 hour before it for the remaining days of the month, being in Quadrature with the Sun on 13th. The motion of the planet becomes Retrograde with respect to the Earth on 27th.Neptune
: The planet rises before local midnight and remains visible till the beginning of morning twilight . It rises between 1 hour to 2 hours before local midnight upto third quarter of the month.
